Frequently asked questions

Does it replace my payroll service? No. hōra is a time tracking and calculation tool, not a payroll or tax service. It gives you the exact hours you can then report to your payroll provider or accountant.

My nanny speaks Spanish / Portuguese — does it work? The AI natively understands English and French. Support for additional languages is in development. For now, your nanny can write in a mix of languages — the AI will extract the times.

What if I have multiple nannies? No problem. You can add as many staff members as needed from your dashboard, each with their own hourly rates.

Is my data secure? Yes. European servers (Frankfurt), official Meta WhatsApp Business API, GDPR compliant. You can delete your account and all your data at any time.
