Yes. Each month (or each week if you’ve chosen weekly frequency), your nanny receives a summary via WhatsApp with a link to her own online report. She can see her schedule day by day, but not rates or amounts — that information stays private and visible only on your dashboard.
hōra automatically calculates the cost of each shift by applying your hourly rates, including evening premiums. The monthly report shows the total per nanny and the grand total. If your nanny has also logged expenses (groceries, transport), they’re added to the summary for a complete picture of your childcare costs.
You can delete your account in one click from your dashboard. All your data — hours, expenses, reports, personal information — is permanently erased from our servers. It’s immediate and irreversible, in line with GDPR. Your nannies will stop receiving messages from the bot after deletion.
Yes, with no limit. Add as many nannies as you need from your dashboard. Each has her own hourly rate (with optional premium rate), her own history, and her own section in the report. The price stays the same regardless of how many nannies you have — no extra charge per person.
Yes. If you share a nanny with another family, each family creates their own hōra account. The nanny sends her hours to each family separately via WhatsApp. Each family only sees their own hours and their own report. hōra doesn’t handle the split between families — each tracks what concerns them.
Yes. You can send a WhatsApp message to the hōra number with your nanny’s name and hours, for example: “Sarah arrived at 2pm and left at 6pm”. The AI identifies the nanny and saves the shift. If you only have one nanny, no need to mention her name. Shifts declared by you are tagged in the dashboard so you can tell them apart.
hōra understands both English and French, in text and voice. If your nanny is more comfortable in French, she can send her messages in French — the AI adapts automatically. The dashboard and reports are also available in French. More languages (Spanish, Portuguese) are planned for a future update.
hōra calculates the exact number of hours worked each month, with a day-by-day breakdown. You then enter that total into your payroll service (e.g. Pajemploi in France). hōra doesn’t replace your payroll system (which handles taxes and pay slips) but gives you the reliable figures you need to file accurately.
